It's a Resistentialist World

A few years ago, I bought a condemned 1920 Sears bunglow and against the advice of my friends and contractor, decided to rehab it.  9 months later  it was finally done and I've moved in.  Sooner or later I'll post pics of it done.
A few years back, I bought a house.  At least it used to be a house.  Mostly it was a condemned shell of a house owned by an eccentric whose idea of home decor was gluing linoleum to the hardwoods.

These pics show the house when I bought it as well as various parts of the rehab process.  It has new wiring, new plumbing, siding, HVAC, windows, kitchen, bathroom, and all 4 fireplaces were stabilized (they still don't work but they are pretty). Most folks think it turned out to be pretty nifty.  Someday I will get around to cleaning it so I can take pics of how it is today.  Needless to say its much better now and has been brought back to much of its former glory.
